About Us

Maria del Carmen Restrepo

María is an avid learner who embarked on her yoga journey seeking something different and transformative. It didn’t take long for her to realize that yoga was the perfect path for her personal growth. Motivated by her desire to find strength and voice within herself, María decided to pursue professional yoga training.
For María, yoga is not just a physical practice, but an individual exploration of the body and a dance between movement and breath. It represents the union of mind, body, and heart, as well as the discovery of the inner self and inner center.
With over 1500 hours of training in various yoga styles, María brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her teaching. Her classes are designed to provide a transformative and empowering experience for her students, guiding them on their own journey of self-discovery.
Outside of yoga, María is an adventurous spirit who loves to travel and immerse herself in different cultures. She believes that traveling opens the mind and nourishes the soul. When she’s not on the go, María finds solace in the pages of a good book, accompanied by a warm cup of hot chocolate. Reading fuels her passion for personal growth and serves as a constant source of inspiration.
